Elmarie Fagan is the Superintendent Studies and Approvals in the Closure team at ERA. With a strong academic grounding, Elmarie embarked on her career as a Radiation Protection Physicist with enthusiasm and ambition, showing great promise.

Elmarie challenged herself in a different industry and moved to the Northern Territory, joining ERA in 2012. She commenced at ERA as a Radiation Advisor before taking on various multi-disciplinary projects within the business, including Critical Risk Management and Process Safety. In 2017 she found her most exciting challenge in closure and associated studies to deliver best-in-class Rehabilitation.
